No where in our agreement do we say we will have the home completed 13 months from contract and we deny setting that unattainable expectation. We sold a condo on 3/29 that required custom changes. We cannot submit to permit until we price the custom changes and have our architect draw the custom plans after the price is accepted. At that time we are able to submit to zoning, then permit and the permit usually takes days to come back.

I will definitely use Trinity again as well as recommend them to other customers. The well documented supply chain crisis and labor shortage have affected all builders and most industries not only locally but nationally.
